[how about the bowling alley? ylfa is near one of the lanes, but it looks like she has her hand stuck in a bowling ball? trying to shake it off to no avail.]

Am I supposed to just hit the pins with this?

Yeah, but you have to roll it down the lane... which might be kind of hard that way. Let's see.

[ he does approach to try to take a look at it, small white furry stoat at his heels. ]

[oh! a fuzzy friend! she peers at him.

but also nods.]

If I swing it hard enough, it might come off. But sure, what've you got?

[ fuzzy friend just cheeps a little, continuing to peek before climbing up eiden's leg to lean over his shoulder. he peeks at the bowling ball and her fingers and hums. he pats his pockets briefly and swears a little before shaking his head. ]

Well... not much better than that actually, unless we wanna find some McDonald's fries or something. You got a mean throwing arm?

I do have a pretty mean arm.

[she's going to kind of wind it up.]

But I don't want to scare that little guy.

w1, friday post-invest

[ well it's a terrible day and sometimes you play basketball with a cool girl and her teammate dies the next day. so he's going to try to find her to at least check in... anyways, he doesn't expect a response to this text but: ]

hey, i brought some cinnamon buns to the park.
if you wanna have someone to sit and eat with, i'll be around a little bit.
if you don't, i'll make sure to leave yours for you to take when you want.

[ attached is a picture of a quiet bench by some trees with a little ikea bag sitting there. he's just gonna hang in the outer park for a while on this bench for a bit! ]

[that's very sweet. he won't get a reply for a little while but it's some hours later.]

Whoa, look at all of you. This is gonna be a lot of work.

[ the pet shop has a bunch of puppies and they are all in need of brushing! they are currently clamoring in a pen that can be stepped over. there are an array of brushes and combs, bows and little ties, even cute costumes to put them in. eiden, seeing ylfa, just grins at her and waves her over. ]

Wanna help them out with me? I think they need a little TLC.

[honkinbigteeth]

[oh...puppies...she lingers in the doorway.]

Hi, Eiden. They might be a little nervous around me...

[silicone]

... Maybe we can warm them up to you? Like... with treats? Get them used to you?

[ he seems very willing to try, getting to his feet from where he's crouched and having a peek at some of the shelves. ]

It can't hurt, right?

I'd be down for that. I can be very calm and I follow directions well.

[silicone]

[ oh yay! eiden goes through a couple of shelves because these need to be some real high-value treats so that they're not here all day. pulling out some treats from the shelf, he gestures her over so they can head back to the puppies together. ]

That's all you've gotta do. They get easily excited...

[ there are many scruffy puppies wiggling and waiting. eiden pops open the bag and offers it to her ]

week 3; monday

[im just going to make this easier, ylfa is standing in the middle of the city! she has her hood pulled very closely around her head and over her ears and hands, like she's hiding a little bit, but she's still looking around curiously.]

It's huge...

[she looks like she can't decide where to go.]

[ oh help ylfa... please. eiden is going to see the undeniably trademark Red Cloak and will make his way over. ]

Ylfa...?

[ he offers her a smile. ]

It's a pretty big place—wanna look around together?

[she seems relieved to see him.]

Hi, Eiden. Let's look around!

[silicone]

Yeah! [ looking around before humming: ] You hungry at all? I think I saw a café around here... It was kind of weird-looking, but could be worth it.

[honkinbigteeth]

Weird looking how...?

w5, monday

[ here there be enormous mushrooms that are big enough to sit on, bounce on, and bongo. eiden's just kind of casually having a time bouncing on one with some new white hair, but pauses when he sees her and kind of just perches instead. ]

Hey, Ylfa.

[honkinbigteeth]

[she wanders in and sees him perch, and will go find a mushroom to sit on, too. she's very anxious around him, but it's confidence week, so maybe it's okay to deal with that.]

...Hey, Eiden. You know what I was thinking about the other day? Basketball. Do you remember when you and me and Wolfwood and Froggy played?

[ he's pretty anxious too, but he does scoot so he can face her. we thank confidence week for the steadiness. ]

Yeah, that was insane—the dumb bombs... how could I forget?

I still don't really understand the rules to it...

week 6; monday

[she is throwing a snowball at eiden with a little bit of aero windup.]

Think fast!

[ oh help! he laughs as the snowball hits his hand, held up to protect himself. ]

Careful, I'm a champ at snowball fights!

[ scooping up some snow and packing it carefully to lob back at her! ]

[noooo! she ducks and does a barrell roll out of the way and then scoops up more to throw back at him.

he does not have to be careful or gentle she is a very strong little girl.]
