[ he just kind of keeps perching though. topper slinks upwards and drapes himself tentatively around fukuzawa's shoulders as they hit the bridge. ]

[ as he says this, he takes his free hand and creates a bitty bauble of light. it'll fade out in a minute or two, but it scintillates like a prism as it guides them for just a little bit. ]

Topper can hang around on Fukuzawa's shoulder if he wants to though, he has rights. A little feeling of joy sneaks out when that happens too.]

[ the little bit of joy that leaves fukuzawa just warms him like the coziest fire. topper is content to ride here, tiny guy rights.

I just think that, if he's staying with your team, he deserves a proper perch.

...it's hard to say if that's what should be happening or not, without knowing where this city is. But to have a park this size, rain had to happen at least part of the year.
