except they get equal amounts of pig'd. the memory that slams into eiden's mind is something that he didn't quite expect, but that picks up on a chat he and kaveh had a while ago. he remembers the name, sachin. eiden is no philosopher, he's no scholar, but he can follow the line of thinking, and there's a faint smile that curls at the corner of his mouth. ]
Hah. Three times... he's a weird guy.
[ there's something that's almost apologetic for seeing something that feels... kind of personal. a conversation of varying ideologies somehow still coming together, not in a sense of clashing, but in a sense of sharing, even if there is no agreement. ]

It's truly so disorienting, getting thrust into someone's head. He watches Eiden's life play out before him, lives through all the emotions--the anger, the pain, the hurt--in the span of a few seconds, and it takes him a moment to catch his breath as he does.
There's a complicated twist of emotions, after experiencing all that; his heart aches for everything Eiden's been through, even though he understands, in many ways. But there's a warmth there, too--a fondness, and a sense of relief, knowing that Eiden has people who care for him. He already knew that, of course, but it's nice to see it confirmed.
But--ah. Eiden's asking about his memory, so he draws his attention back, and grimaces.]
More like he happened upon it while pursuing his own interests. That man never does anything if it doesn't benefit himself in some way.
[But there's something ever-so-slightly insincere about his tone; a bit like he's saying it because he thinks he should, more than anything else.]
...But I did appreciate it. We didn't have answers about what happened to him, my mother and I. Even if it took twenty years... it's good to understand a little more.
