Well, that's threatening as hell.
TBD got one from god, a while back. 2 weeks ago? Kazuki didn't tell me which message was specifically from god, though I still have the summaries he sent me.

Mizuki messaged me saying that she got the same one that I did, which I think Valerie and Setsu also got.
Monika figured it out for Triple M by simulating a computer lab in the Touch Grass room.
Because it's a kind of writing from a computer. Kyoko just knew it luckily.

I think Alex got the grizzly bear one and the kitchen one. I know I've heard both of those before. So maybe god sent the one about the bear?

I don't know. Answer it sincerely, I guess, and see what happens. It almost sounds like Rang in terms of tone but it's text.
We can't rely on being able to accurately read tone on some short, ominous message.
