They were... despite expecting someone else. And they've been really kind to me ever since.

A sorcerer guy named Huey. He went missing for a really long time and I'm... kind of his successor? Somehow?

I don't really understand it considering I come from a totally different world, but I'm trying to kind of do my best and roll with the punches.

Enough about me. What about you? What's home like? Magic and all!

Oh, yeah. Do you want to know about the magic, or...? There's all different kinds.

[silicone]

Different kinds? Are you especially familiar with a like... type? Man, I'm just curious in general. All these other worlds are so cool.

[medeian]

Oh, yeah. Anyone who can do magic where I'm from has a specialty - mine is physics.

[silicone]

Whoa, so what do you do with like... physics magic then?

[medeian]

A lot of things, actually. Most of the time I use it for things like reversing or enhancing gravitational pull on objects or people. I can make a fire in a pinch, too, and change the way the breeze is moving. Recently I've been doing some really exciting research on both creating and sustaining localized wormholes, and quantum theory as it relates to stopping time, too.

[nerd indeed... but she kind of pauses, deflating a little after that very excited explanation.]</small. But - well. I can't do any of it here, obviously.
