The person who held the title before me had immense magical power called essence. He worked together alongside a clan of powerful people and was able to keep the magic of the continent in balance.
But he disappeared years ago, so... when I ended up on the Klein Continent, I inherited the title. Because I have a large amount of essence too.
Sort of... they think that maybe that's the case, that I'm like, the ancestor of the old Grand Sorcerer or something. But finding that part out has kind of taken a back seat for now.
