Well... there's magic for one. Loads of it—it's steeped in the plants and the animals, the people, strange beasts and yokai...

[ they nod in understanding, giving topper gentle lil scritches on his belly. the touch is very light and careful. of course, with plenty of room for topper to escape when he's done. Setsu has no intention of having the lil guy feel trapped. ]
