There are. In distant lands that I haven't been to, but... [thoughtfully:] I have heard stories of them all the same. Inazuma seems to be home for many of them.
They're really amazing creatures where I'm from. Full of magic and they come in all sorts of kinds—birds and tanuki and foxes and monkeys even... they can be kind of dangerous to humans, though, so I try to be careful.
The mornings are misty and cold, and the nights are warm and full of life. The people are bound to each other by contracts, and they rule themselves. If we weren't dead, I would suggest you see the fireworks.
