I think Shenhe was picked off because she's alone on a team compared to, say, Nahida and Kaveh, who are both from the same place as her, but also on a team together. It's callous logic, but if I was in the same position as Libby, who had no choice in killing, then to minimize damage, I would pick someone whose world wasn't going to be immediately erased. It makes Shenhe an easy choice. By that logic, Livio is a likely target, if we still think Justice will be revenge-targed. If they even did it.
But alongside Vash, Wolfwood and Livio, that means us, Wenzhou. Alex and Jonas; Gerard and Ylfa. Though, if we think Froggystyle is going to strike again to continue to gain points, then maybe not the two of them. Just things to keep in mind going forward.
This is all conjecture, mind. But I do think we've seen consistently that our paired or similar groupings are Erased. Rin went second, then Buzen, then Shenhe.
